The S30 CS TCT model is a semi-automatic bean to cup machine from leading manufacturers La Cimbali. Combining style with state of the art technology, the touch screen display makes drink selection simple, while the TurboSteam wand, hot chocolate canister and hot water wand allow users to serve up a high quality and varied drinks menu with ease.

In-built technology grinds fresh coffee to order and the milk precision system (MPS) foams fresh milk to order (including hot and cold snowmilk), while the operator also has the option of using the La Cimbali patented hands-free TurboSteam Cold Touch wand to froth milk to perfection with minimal operator interaction.

The S30’s touchscreen can be customised to suit a business’ needs – drinks icons can be altered, videos can be added and screen saver messages can be displayed as drinks are being dispensed – to create a unique user experience. Every model of the S30 includes bidirectional Wi-Fi as standard which allows users to connect to the S30 remotely to update software, adjust recipes and personalise messages.

This state-of-the-art machine boasts titanium grinders, a Perfect Grinding System (PGS) which continuously monitors coffee grind and readjusts if necessary and SmartBoiler technology which maintains production levels during busy periods. The first of the S30’s two boilers is responsible for producing steam and frothing milk and the other dedicated to coffee production.
